Kathryn Carney Cole is counsel in the firm’s commercial litigation department. Katy counsels clients on a range of complex business, real estate and contract/licensing matters. She also represents clients during internal investigations.
Katy co-founded the firm’s eDiscovery practice group with her colleague, Aaron Zerykier. She regularly publishes and lectures on litigation-related issues, including matters relevant to eDiscovery and related best practices. Katy is a member of The Cowen Group’s “Legal Innovation 2020,” an invitation-only working group focusing on independent, unbiased studies of the significant developments influencing the legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation support and information governance industry.
Katy received her J.D., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Colgate University.
Aaron E. Zerykier is counsel in the firm’s commercial litigation department. He counsels clients in diverse and complex litigation matters involving a variety of commercial, technology, real estate, insurance, contracts and business torts. Aaron authors articles and gives lectures on eDiscovery-related topics.
Aaron received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Yeshiva University, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Business.
